The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations is a non-for-profit organization whose goal is to certify healthcare organizations and programs throughout the United States. The Joint Commission focuses on three major aspects of a facility’s operation: patient care, medication safety, and client rights.

The length of a client’s custom recovery plan depends on the needs of the client, a minimum of five weeks is recommended.
